ABOUT ME

From a very young age, I practiced meditation, or what I assumed was meditation. I would do my best to find a quiet space to still my thoughts and allow my mind to go blank amongst the chaos around me. I continued this practice into adulthood, but when I turned to meditation to bring me the peace I needed to cope in times of stress, I always found there was something missing. 

That’s when I found the practice of mindfulness and in doing so was able to push past using meditation for relaxation only. Understanding and practicing mindfulness in its truest form, helped me to connect deeper, learn about myself and grow. 

Shortly after, I began studying Reiki, and truly discovered all the ways one can use energy to heal the mind, body and soul. Through my experience, I was able to truly better myself. I worked to become a Reiki Master in December 2018 and a Mindfulness Instructor in January 2021 and have found purpose in helping those around me.
